No that is not a typo in the title, at least according to Allison. Today we picked up a kitten from the local no-kill animal shelter. We decided it would be a good idea to get a pet to help Brandon overcome his fear of animals after he got bit in the face by a neighbor's dog that required stitches last summer.
The kitten is 3 months old and after much discussion the kids decided to call him Chewbacca (from Star Wars), Chewy for short. Allison hasn't figured this out yet so she calls him Chewybacca. It makes us laugh each time she says it. Sorry for the poor quality pictures, they are from a cell phone.
