I was hesitant to put these before and after pictures on our blog but I figured after working my butt off I might as well. If you haven't heard of P90X it is a 90 day workout program. I would get up at 4:50 AM and work out for an hour. This went on six days a week for 90 days. Although I didn't follow a specific diet plan I did try to eat healthier.
Amanda has done workout videos before and I am not typically a fan of them. I did like these however because they focused on weights a lot and they didn't have complicated and confusing moves that required too much coordination.
I am pleased with my results but I know I could have gotten even better results had I stuck to a strict diet. I didn't loose any weight, in fact I gained 1 lb, but I did go from 14.3% to 11.8% body fat! Not bad for a 35 year old and overall I do feel more fit.
