We cannot believe that Jake turned 12 today! It is hard to believe he is that old already. Jake is a lover of ALL things SPORTS! Especially anything to do with football or baseball. He is usually outside with friends playing one or the other. We love you so much Jake and can't wait to see what the next year holds for you. You are becoming such a wonderful young man. We hope you have a great birthday!
