Flowers! Flowers! Flowers! Who ever knew so many flowers existed in one place. As we got closer to Keukenhof we started passing the fields and fields of flowers. It was neat to see the stripes of colors in the fields, as if someone just painted each stripe. The smells as we walked through the park was amazing. You could smell the fragrances from all the different flowers.
The kids did a good job appeasing their mother as she enjoyed this much more than they did. We spent a couple of hours there, that is about all the kids could handle of flowers. They commented "Good thing Grandma McHattie isn't here with us, she would spend days here!".
